This family of 3 was originally staying at Yishun. They are in their late 30s. After detailed calculation with them and finding out their needs for better lifestyle, they decided to upgrade under the timeline and proposal I designed for them.

I helped them to sell their MOP HDB flat in a few weeks at record selling price. With the sales proceed they got, they purchased a 3-room executive condominium in Yishun (the same area which they are familiar and comfortable with). They need not worry about paying the monthly installments for more than 5 years with the cash proceed and CPF they unlocked from the sale.
